Company Policy
Cancellation, no show or late rescheduling;
Your appointment is reserved only for you and is never double booked.
A minimum of a 24 hour notice is required to avoid prepayment of future appointments. A minimum $25.00 fee will be charged for no shows, cancellations less than 24 hours and same day cancellations. A minimum 25.00 fee (per half hour scheduled), will be charged to the card on file or it will be added to your next appointment prior to your next service, if canceled less than 24 hours or non show of appointment. Late rescheduling may require full service prepayment for next appointment.
Gift Certificate, Service and Product refund or exchanges;
No refunds will be issued for any service provided, gift certificate purchases or lost gift certificates. Products may be exchanged for only product or for service credit, no cash or credit cards refunds will be given of any type.
Products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase only.
No layering of discounts or promotions can be applied.
We gladly welcome Spa Finder, Spa Wish and Spa Boom gift certificates for services only... (some restrictions apply, product only purchases not applicable with Spa Finder, Spa Wish, or Spa Boom gift certificates or any other promotional gift card. (inquire here for details). Gratuity is not included in Gift Certificates of any type...it is customary to leave a
18% and up gratuity (tip) on the value of service provided, to express your satisfaction with service provided.
